Because jadeite pieces are individually selected, return eligibility and timing are confirmed in writing before purchase. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Before you purchase
We encourage you to request additional measurements, natural-light images, video and certificate information where available. Product-specific return conditions will be included with the order confirmation.
Requesting a return
Email hello@dapengjade.com with your order reference and reason for the request. Items must remain in original condition, with original packaging and documentation, unless the item arrived damaged or materially differs from the confirmed description.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping, customs and insurance charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
